    How long does your total workout take?

    It varies… some days are done for a specific time/intensity (e.g. as many as you can in X seconds)… others for a specific number of repetitions.

    Not counting any cardio warmup or riding the bike on the rollers, the workout is “generally” 20-30 minutes. Short and sweet if possible.

    My goal is to add two days of weights to my workout. I’ll have to work out a routine. Since I bike for aerobics I’ll probably concentrate on upper body stuff for the weights.

    Well… I”m not sure I can tell any differences yet… but it’s a heckuva lot better than me sitting on the couch!
