Back Squats and Situps


Wanted Penny to get some back squat work so I made up a workout that I thought would give her plenty of practice.

Workout:

5 Rounds

15 Back squats

20 Situps

Penny’s Back  squats were 70lbs
Time: 11:19

Bob’s Back squats were 110lbs
Time: 9:39

I made up the workout to kick Penny’s butt and ended up kicking my own… now we know what 75 backsquats and 100 situps feel like….

I feel like doo-doo now.

Oh… and I did a partial workout this morning… warmup and 500m row sprint.
