1 Jumping Negative Pullup on Rings (slowing dropping down)
8 Black Band Pullups

Bob

2 Dead Hang Chinups
5 Jumping Negative Pullup on Rings (slowing dropping down)

(I’ve been avoiding kipping pullups because of the way they are straining my right shoulder, but continuing to do variations that don’t cause discomfort)

The “Starting Strength” book and DVD that I ordered yesterday from Amazon arrived today.  After reviewing parts of the book and watching most of the DVD, I’m quite pleased with it.  Great coaching addition to my library!
