Overhead Squats (OHS)

One of my biggest weaknesses and neglected movements is overhead squats.  Since it came up on the CrossFit mainsite, I decided to spend some quality time with it and did some video review after each set.

It’s been a slow process for me to build up from the PVC pipe, but here I’ve gotten up to 45#.  Certainly not much, but better than what I started this year!
