Ten 3/4 back extensions on the GHD (didn’t want to fully tighten my lower back)

5 minute row: Set a personal distance record of 1170 meters
(haven’t done much “set time” for distance rowing, so PR‘s are probably easier right now… most of the rowing I’ve done is “set distance” for time.

Shoulder stretches with the PVC pipe.

Aleve and Icy Hot are still really good friends… lower back is extremely tight… but I’m trying to remain active. The rowing doesn’t seem to bother my back at all (with a tightly locked core), but keeps the rest of my body moving.
