Warmup:

250m x 4 with 30 second rest intervals

5 Handstand Pushups (assisted) x 2

Workout:

10 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)

Push Presses 95lbs x 10
Pullups (Blue Band) x 10

Total:  50 Push Presses; 40 Pullups
