A slow cautious attempt back to some moderate deadlifts.

KB Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 50# x 10

Barbell Deadlifts
85# x 5
155# x 5
185# x 2
205# x 2
235# x 1
255# x 1

My PR was 380# last December, but I’ve done very few deadlifts since then…. this felt like a nice place to stop for now.
