Kettlebell Swinging at Work


Got in a few swings at lunch time.  Hopefully the first of many.  I’ve got a couple of kettlebells in my office at work and the 3 month “Biggest Loser” contest starts tomorrow at work.  Not sure I’ll lose much weight, but it might be nice to focus on some toning.

Lunch Time:

35# Kettlebell 1-handed swings x 10/side x 2.

Just enough to get the heart rate up after eating.
