2-Handed KB Swings and Weight-Loss Contest begins


Lunch Time Workout:

15 minutes total… as many sets as possible…. resting as long as necessary between sets
35# KB 2-Handed Swing x 20 reps x 8 sets

Total: 160 reps in 15 minutes.

Today is the beginning of 3 month “Biggest Loser” contest at work.   I hope to take off the weight with good sustainable eating and exercise choices that will carry on past the contest.

I weighed in fully clothed at 247.6 pounds.

Hauled good chairs up and bad chairs down various mezzanine levels.
