I have been logging all my workouts to the Fitocracy site since the beginning of the year because it is more motivational.  So if you’re interested in what I’m doing, you’ll have to follow me there.

Edit: I no longer have a fitocracy account. I deleted it because I get too competitive with others and was doing stupid crap just for points to win challenges.  My reward was a hernia from do 585 lb rack pulls and partial squats.  I’m better off following a program and competing only with myself and what my body will allow me to do.
